I was invited to a free / no-obligation chat and didn't have to wait long for the appointment, where I first met Chris Bedford. Chris was open, friendly and very professional and I felt no pressure to commit to having work done. In fact, he advised me that some of the implant work I was considering was unlikely to merit the expenditure, due to the area of my mouth and the practical effects of an implant. I was very reassured by this advice and it was a reflection of Chris's absolute professionalism on the various occasions when I saw him. We agreed a plan - and associated costs - for three implants and I was delighted when Chris explained that the originally indicated price would reduce because two adjacent missing teeth could be replaced by a single implant. Every time I saw Chris, he explained what he would do during the appointment, ensured that I was comfortable throughout the visit and performed the dental work expertly, meticulously and painlessly. Like Chris, his dental assistants were an absolute pleasure to deal with and utterly professional, as are the lovely reception staff. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were incredibly welcoming and understanding. I met with Dr Sam, who explained I needed a tooth removed and an implant fitted, alongside a veneer. All seemed very daunting but Sam was very calming. I then met with Dr Chris for the next steps, I instantly felt at ease about the future procedures. I had the implant and veneer fitted, with no pain at all. Without the team at Horsforth Dental, I’d still be in the same place. I am over the moon with the end results.
